- Bachelor’s degree required, with 5+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
- Prior experience in medical or healthcare administration
- Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
