Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

Pay Range: $147,000 – $180,000

This role is all about impact. You'll own customer, brand, and product-level P&Ls, lead pricing strategy, and translate volume/price/mix trends into clear business recommendations. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation, connecting front‑line execution to our financial goals, market dynamics, and long‑range plans.

• Own full P&Ls and deliver insights across revenue, trade, mix, and margin performance
• Drive pricing strategy for current products and new launches based on cost trends and customer dynamics
• Build financial storytelling through variance and profitability analysis
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on pricing models, promotions, and strategic deal structures
• Support innovation planning, campaign evaluation, and volume/mix modeling
• Align forecasts with Corporate FP&A and contribute to long‑range planning
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Category Management, and Sales Ops for forecast consistency
• Create tools, insights, and dashboards that elevate financial fluency across teams

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5–10 years in Commercial Finance or FP&A (CPG/manufacturing a plus)
• Ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights
• Experience in pricing, customer margin analysis, and promotional evaluation
• Strong business partnership skills with confidence engaging senior leaders
• Advanced Excel/modeling skills; BI or financial systems experience is a plus
