Position Summary
Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA). The CSA assists Client Service Specialists and wealth advisors with client‑service tasks, including client correspondence, Salesforce documentation, custodial paperwork, and project coordination such as RMD management. The role supports a hybrid schedule—three days in office per week with two days remote—per team leader assignment.
Primary Responsibilities- Ensures meeting follow‑up is delegated and completed promptly, facilitating task delegation and ensuring complete follow‑through.
- Coordinates materials and reports for the performance review process.
- Manages the RMD project for clients.
- Prepares custodian paperwork, monitors progress, and follows through to completion.
- Maintains client records: updates systems, advisor and operational teams, and relevant custodians in Salesforce; files in the firm’s directory; sets up client portals in Orion.
- Operates Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related software/hardware as required.
- Works in a fast‑paced environment with extreme attention to detail, multitasking with multiple team members and departments.
- Contributes to a team effort, interacting with colleagues to promote workflow, resolve problems, and support company goals.
- Follows compliance and operational policies and procedures while fulfilling responsibilities.

Annualized base pay range: $60,000–$70,000. Actual base pay may vary based on experience, expertise, location, and skill set. Compensation may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
