This is a Founder Track Business Associate role: high‑ownership, cross‑functional, and directly tied to company growth. You’ll work side‑by‑side with the CEO and leadership team to take GTM motions from 0 → 1 and, when they work, turn them into repeatable machines.

What You’ll DoYou’ll be a true GTM builder. Examples of what your first 3–6 months might look like:
- Farm our huge inbound demand funnel to close Enterprise deals.
- Reactivate past‑customers as their needs change.
- Design experiments, messaging, and basic playbooks, then iterate based on data.
- Act as an “internal founder” for key initiatives.
- Own 0 → 1 projects from concept to execution: market research, planning, execution, measurement.
- Burn the midnight oil on execution.
- Prospect and engage prospects via email, Linked In, and calls.
- Build enablement materials: 1‑pagers, decks, SOPs, onboarding flows.
- Build systems, not just projects.
- Turn successful experiments into processes, workflows, and dashboards.
- Do whatever helps us win.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)In your first 30‑60‑90 days, you'll know you’re winning if:
- You’ve taken at least one inbound GTM‑based major initiative from idea to validation (e.g., a new channel, playbook, or vertical GTM) with measurable results.
- By Day 90, reached validation on the ROI of your position.
Over time, this role can grow into owning a function (e.g: Inbound sales, new business line around a product) depending on your strengths and where you deliver outsized impact.
Who You Are Must‑Haves- 1–5 years of experience in a high‑ownership environment:
Early‑stage startup, product/ops, or you’ve founded or seriously built something yourself (startup, side project, non‑profit, etc.). - Founder mentality: you’re scrappy, biased to action, and comfortable with ambiguity. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you propose and ship.
- Shape‑shifter energy: you’re happy to jump between strategy and execution, from building a strategy on the whiteboard – and then executing it.
- Analytical & data‑driven: you can pull numbers, build models in spreadsheets, and make decisions based on data.
- High standards & ownership: you care about the details, honor your commitments, and treat the business like it’s yours.
- You’ve been a founder, early employee, or first hire on a new initiative.
- Strong academic background (e.g., top‑tier school or standout performance) — but we care more about proof you’ve built things than logos.
- Experience with AI, SaaS, or B2B software.
- We’re building a tight, fast‑moving team — this role is in‑person only.

: $110,000 OTE → $70,000 Base + $40,000 performance‑based bonus + meaningful undiluted equity (no VC dilution), commensurate with experience. - Benefits:
