The Tobin School is seeking a warm, nurturing early childhood substitute teacher to support planned and unplanned staffing gaps in our classrooms. This flexible position is based on staffing needs and availability, covering part‑time 4‑5 hour shifts or full‑time 8‑hour shifts up to 40 hours per week, between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Responsibilities- Supervise children and maintain a safe, sanitary classroom environment.
- Follow established lesson plans and classroom procedures when full‑time staff are absent.
- Assist with transitions and support the teaching team during their scheduled hours.
Successful applicants have or are working toward EEC Preschool Teacher certification.
Demonstrated early childhood teaching experience.

Competitive hourly rate based on education and experience, $23‑$26 /hr.
