• Passion for problem-solving, creativity, and technical excellence.
• Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in product design, prototyping, and transitioning to production.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing processes like plastic injection molding, sheet metal, die casting.
