Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4-10 years or more experience in the discipline of Water/Wastewater. The position may include production management, project management, contracting, and mentoring and client management.

This position provides the opportunity to not only work on water/wastewater projects, but rail and transportation infrastructure projects as well.
EssentialJob Functions
- Although expected to work independently, this individual must be able to interact well with other team members within the Wilson & Company team.
- Contact and visit clients for business development / marketing; including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars.
- High degree of intrapersonal and communication skills are necessary.
- Proven teamwork and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships.
- Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in an ABET-accredited college or university.
- Master’s degree in a field directly relevant to water and wastewater treatment is a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in municipal water infrastructure design.
- Proof of having passed the Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) exam and within a year of obtaining a license, or an already licensed professional engineer in Arizona.
- Knowledge in the use of Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design plan production.
- Experience with modeling software such as Water
CAD and Sewer
CAD is a plus. - Experience in the preparation of work plans, budgets, and project schedules is highly desired.
