This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, Massachusetts. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

Compensation Range:
Ranges from $30/hr - $36/hr specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role:
Electrical Engineering Co-op

• Contribute to the development of cutting‑edge technologies that will power the next generation of Shark Ninja products
• Support senior engineers in designing and testing analog and digital circuits—including low‑noise analog systems, microprocessors, A/D and D/A converters, and power supply architectures
• Assist with board bring‑up, debugging, and validation of real‑time embedded electronics
• Help develop and refine microprocessor‑based control and communication platforms through simulation, analysis, prototyping, and hands‑on lab testing
• Collaborate on cross‑functional problem‑solving to support released products and conduct failure analysis for field‑reported issues
