We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team on a consulting basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact on a high-visibility project and contribute to our clients’ success

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Use advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to analyze data and streamline processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual financial audits.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for management.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting
• Direct management experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
• CPA preferred, but not required

Controller

$60-$75 per hour

Compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. Our full-time Consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K as well as PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by localities where they reside or work.
