Responsibilities
The FP&A Analyst will serve as the central coordinator for the central finance organization, acting as the primary point of contact across FP&A, accounting and key business partners. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely updates of monthly actuals in financial systems, manage GL tie‑outs and resolve discrepancies quickly. You will oversee the end‑to‑end forecast cycle by collecting submissions, validating assumptions, consolidating results and preparing materials for leadership review.
The Analyst will own the monthly FP&A calendar, aligning deadlines with the accounting close and executive meeting cadence, while also coordinating all budgeting timelines, templates and consolidation activities. Additional responsibilities include archiving reporting packages, maintaining version control, creating templates for upcoming cycles, performing ad‑hoc financial analyses (including benefits rate modeling) and supporting all reporting and process activities within the One Stream financial system.
