Associate Financial Advisor

Our well-established and growing financial firm is expanding and seeking to add an Associate Financial Advisor to our Team!

This position will assist with new client onboarding, work with and support our Advisors and continue to grow and enhance existing client relationships by providing exceptional client service as well as resolving client inquiries. There is no cold calling required as our business development team drives lead generation for our advisors.

This position is based in our Needham, MA office, but will also require travel to other Boston area satellite offices.

• 2 + years of financial services experience
• Life and Health Licensed;
  Series 65 or Series 7 & 66
• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Process-oriented approach to problem-solving and must be detail focused

• Support the advisors in regards to client's inquiries and processing of new business
• Provide excellent client service to existing clients
• Manage and retain strong client relationships
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients
• Communicate the full range of the company’s services and capabilities to clients
• Responsible for the upkeep of client data in various internal systems
• Attend evening educational workshops and introduce the main speaker
