Imaging Project Manager

Join Our Client's Innovative Team in Needham, MA

We are thrilled to offer the opportunity to join our client's dynamic Research & Development (R&D) team as an Imaging Project Manager. Based in Needham, MA, this prestigious role will involve supporting the development of groundbreaking diagnostic radio-pharmaceutical agents from phases I-IV. The position offers a hybrid working model (3 days onsite) and includes the chance to collaborate and execute high-impact projects while working with leading experts in the field.

Key

Skills and Expertise
  • Clinical PET and/or Nuclear Medicine

    Experience:

    A minimum of 3 years of experience working with PET or PET/CT imaging, ideally with certification, and demonstrated in-depth knowledge in this field.
  • Scanner Qualification & Image QC: Expertise in scanner qualification, including phantom imaging, analysis, and image quality control.
  • Global Clinical Trials Knowledge: Preferred background in early-to-late stage drug development within pharma or biotech, or experience with Imaging Core Labs/CROs.
  • Project Management &

    Collaboration:

    Ability to lead project initiatives while working closely with Clinical CROs, medical physicists, and cross-functional teams including Clinical Science, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Communication with Impact: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to train teams, oversee imaging core labs, and coordinate with medical and regulatory teams.
