Job Description Spa Manager – Medical Aesthetics & Sales Focus (Must Have Med Spa Experience & Be Comfortable Performing Treatments)

We are currently seeking a high-performing Spa Manager with a strong background in medical aesthetics, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to perform aesthetic treatments. This leadership role is perfect for someone who is equally passionate about hands-on client care and business growth.

Top Priorities
  • Sales Leadership:
    Must be highly experienced in cosmetic/medical spa sales with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Business Growth:
    Able to develop strategies, lead promotions, and motivate the team to achieve consistent revenue growth.
  • Client Satisfaction:
    Ensure every client receives outstanding service, personalized recommendations, and results they love.
  • Treatment Proficiency:
    Perform a variety of advanced skin and laser treatments with confidence and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
  • Medical spa experience is REQUIRED (2+ years preferred)
  • Licensed and experienced in performing services such as laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, skin tightening, etc.
  • Strong background in aesthetic sales and upselling treatments and packages
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Previous team leadership experience—able to manage, coach, and inspire staff
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetic procedures, skincare products, and spa operations
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with inventory control, cost management, and daily operations
  • Confident, proactive, and accountable
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the medical spa
  • Perform advanced treatments and procedures based on client needs and qualifications
  • Conduct consultations and confidently recommend treatment plans
  • Motivate and guide staff to achieve sales and performance goals
  • Develop and implement monthly promotions and client retention programs
  • Manage team scheduling, training, hiring, and performance reviews
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and treatment quality
  • Oversee inventory management, product ordering, and usage control
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategy, planning, and growth initiatives
