Healthcare Nursing, Patient Care Technician
Certified Nursing Assistant, Full-Time (32 hours, 7AM-3PM) – Enhanced Living at North Hill, Needham, Massachusetts.
For over 40 years, North Hill, a not-for-profit senior living community, has offered vibrant living opportunities to people 65+. The Care Partner will support residents through resident-centered care, ADLs, and meal preparation/serving.
Pay Range: $21.00/hr – $26.00/hr individual compensation is based on qualifications.

Job Responsibilities- Services may include personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and delivery, companion care, and transportation on the North Hill campus.
- Follow Medicare requirements and regulations during certified home visits, and adhere to agency policy and procedure for care and services.
- Avoid compliance with a written plan of care when providing direct patient care, and ensure training has been conducted by the Wellness Nurse.
- Complete all required annual education on a timely basis.
- Adhere to policies and procedures related to confidentiality of personal health information as required by HIPAA standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input for care coordination and collaboration.
- Participate in department meetings as required.
- May be requested to assist in the clinical orientation of Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations, attend new team member orientation, and complete all required annual education and training.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification documented by an organization approved through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Effective communication with Residents, Team Members, and Visitors and proficiency in English.
- Exhibit tact and patience when dealing with challenging situations.
