Blue Earth Diagnostics, Inc. (U.S.) is an established molecular imaging company focused on providing innovative diagnostics solutions for cancer. Formed in 2014, we are a subsidiary of Bracco Imaging S.p.A., a global leader in diagnostic imaging.

Pay

Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Global Business Solutions and the Business Unit Chief Financial Officer, the IT Manager – BRM (internally titled Local Business Relationship Manager) oversees IT processes in a fast‑changing international environment, ensures that group processes and systems run efficiently, and leads the delivery of local IT solutions aligned with global guidelines.

Principal Activities, Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Global IT to develop strategic and digital vision for continuous improvements in technology, processes, and services.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to execute priorities and commitments, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and standards.
  • Manage planning and implementation of business solutions—technology, applications, processes, and training—according to global IT standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local internal and external partners, including business counterparts and service providers.
  • Advise business stakeholders on technology decisions following global IT guidelines.
  • Act as first point of contact for IT support to local internal customers.
  • Oversee local IT performance, ensuring activities meet SLAs and deliverables.
  • Collaborate on upgrades, deployments, and demand management in line with global IT strategy.
  • Support digital innovation demands and participate in the budget process as the local focal point.
  • Assist in audit, regulatory, and compliance activities, reporting risks and issues to corporate managers.
  • Ensure standardization and adherence to group delivery methodology, policies, and regulations.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 10 years in an IT function.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of project and program management in an international, multi‑cultural environment.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (life science/pharma industries). Operating in multi‑channel B2B and B2C is preferable.
Education
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (STEM or Economics preferable).
Professional Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of project management, Agile methodologies, and IT project/activity management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; other languages an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficiency in Office suite and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of demand management, IT financial management, IT portfolio management, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (preferable).
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare operating models and related regulations (preferable).
  • Experience with ITIL practices (preferable).
  • Knowledge of Service Now, Smartsheet, Jira (preferable).
