What our Business Solutions Associate will do:The Business Solutions Associate is a driven individual dedicated to supporting Salesforce and custom developed solutions. The Business Solutions Associate reports to the Technology Solutions Lead.
The responsibilities are expected to include:
- Custom Solution Development & Support:
Assist in the design, development, and troubleshooting of custom‑coded applications at SPS within and external to SPS Salesforce environment. - Business Partnership & Solution Design:
Plays a key role in driving efficiency by building strong relationships, collaborating across teams, and delivering technology solutions aligned with evolving business needs. - Salesforce Administration Support:
Assists with the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce, including supporting the development and optimization of flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports. - Project Execution:
Assist in obtaining requirements, vetting solutions, developing, documenting, and executing project plans in a controlled and timely manner. - Data Integrity:
Support controlled data cleansing initiatives to align with current processes within our applications. - Documentation & Training:
Assists in the creation and updating of procedures for our technological environment, and support the development and execution of technology training for built solutions.
A successful Business Solutions Associate is able to balance these responsibilities through excellent technical competencies, perseverance, superior time management, being service‑minded, and a strong commitment to “doing the job right.” The Business Solutions Associate role is a full‑time, exempt position.
Key qualifications:- Trade Knowledge: Drive to be proficient in Salesforce CRM administration and various Salesforce App Exchange products, such as cloud file services, form builders, and document generators. Experience with specific applications like Box, Conga, Nintex, Survey Monkey, and Procore is a plus. You'll also need a willingness to learn and adapt to different code bases to develop custom solutions.

- Self‑motivated: Is disciplined. Sets and works to achieve goals without needing to be managed. Identifies and overcomes obstacles and sees tasks through to full completion.
