* We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Project Manager (PMP) to lead the execution of sponsored contract research projects within a fast-paced R&D environment. This sponsor-facing role provides strategic and operational project management support to Study Directors, Scientific Leads, and cross-functional laboratory teams. The ideal candidate will combine scientific acumen with technical project management expertise to drive efficiency, enhance forecasting accuracy, and support revenue recognition.

* Key Accountabilities:

**** Sponsor Project management
*** Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing communications and operational coordination.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
* Oversee logistical planning and procurement of materials for sponsor-driven projects.
* Monitor study progress and operational performance, ensuring timely issue escalation and resolution.
* Manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse programs, maximizing stakeholder value.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and decision-making to maintain project momentum.
* Provide ongoing sponsor support and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
** Sponsor Communication
*** Engage with sponsors during the study on key milestones, change orders, shipments and deliverables
* Establish best practices for meeting facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.
* Engage with various sponsor stakeholders for “pulse-checking” during and after a study is done.
** Internal Communications and Process Improvement
*** Support internal communications, scheduling, and resource allocation as needed.
* Promote continuous improvement across all aspects of project delivery.
* Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance project management processes.
* Contribute to the implementation of new technologies and workflows for improved data integration and reporting.
** Financial management and Revenue Recognition
*** Support internal communications, scheduling, and resource allocation as needed.
* Lead revenue recognition and revenue forecasting efforts using data-driven insights.
* Ensure budget adherence and alignment with contractual commitments.
* Analyses actual expenditure, explains variances, and advises on options in use of available budget.
