Program Manager Role

Program Managers at Shark Ninja own the entire New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to shelf for our Shark and Ninja brands. They deliver sustainable, best‑in‑class product development thinking, governance, and process to enable flawless execution of the program portfolio. Associate Program Managers work cross‑functionally, providing exposure and visibility on a global scale and acting in a general‑manager capacity. Program Managers lead via influence, establish and drive timelines and resources to develop, manufacture, and bring products to market efficiently while ensuring a 5‑star quality experience and high sales rates.

They focus on scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring communication streams across all groups, mitigating risks, and ensuring on‑time deliverables. This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced product development environment and have demonstrated success in such settings.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and actively facilitate the interaction of cross‑functional stakeholders to bring products to market, including managing risks and schedule.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure the go‑to‑market strategy yields a high rate of sales.
  • Accountable for delivering all program elements, from product ideation to end‑of‑life.
  • Use KPIs and data to drive decision making across cross‑functional teams.
  • Identify program risks, develop mitigation or contingency plans, and track progress.
  • Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take necessary actions to highlight or remedy them.
  • Channel global information to local teams, acting as a conduit to support the business.
Requirements & Attributes
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering, or business management field highly desired.
  • 3‑4+ years of direct program management experience.
  • Experience in a combination of new product development or program management (Consumer Goods industry strongly preferred).
  • Assertive, confident, and capable.
  • Ability to cultivate and lead a high‑performing team that delivers results.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; experienced addressing C‑Suite, peer functional groups, suppliers, and customer audiences.
  • Cross‑functional leadership skills.
  • Strong bias for action and accountability.
  • Intermediate or working‑level skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • High energy with a positive attitude.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Presentation skills—proficient with PowerPoint and comfortable presenting to large groups, including executives, in person or over MS Teams.
Salary and Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $75,000—$149,500 USD. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography, market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
