• Drive and facilitate interactions among cross‑functional stakeholders to bring products to market, managing risks and schedule.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure go‑to‑market strategies yield high sales rates.
• Own all program elements from ideation to end‑of‑life.
• Utilize KPIs and data to drive decision‑making across cross‑functional teams.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and track progress.
• Spot and address resource and knowledge gaps.
• Channel global information to local teams and act as a conduit to support the business.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or business‑management field (highly desired).
• 3+ years of direct product development experience.
• Experience in new product development or program management; consumer goods preferred.
• Assertive, confident, capable leader.
• Ability to cultivate and lead a high‑performing team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; experience addressing C‑suite, peer functions, suppliers, and customers.
• Cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Strong bias to action and accountability.
• Intermediate to working‑level proficiency in MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient with PowerPoint; comfortable presenting to large groups and executive management.

Annual salary range: $79,500—$149,300 USD. Starting pay may vary by geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
