RN Home Health Care – 32 Hours

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Professional license in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a home health care setting.
  • Proficient with computer software programs.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Preferred Background & Skills
  • Strong customer support skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience working with diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, especially in resident areas.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Implement care plans to educate patients and their families on managing care needs.
  • Evaluate resident progress and revise care plans in consultation with supervisors.
  • Process lab requests and communicate results with physicians and patients.
  • Respond to emergency calls and triage competing requests as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address resident needs.
  • Complete skilled nursing visits and maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
