A multi-disciplinary behavioral health practice in Needham, MA is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse practitioner to join their team. The practice provides individual, group, couple and family therapies; testing and diagnostic evaluations; psychiatric assessment and medication consultations; school consultation; and child advocacy.

• Examine patients to determine general physical condition following standard medical procedures
• Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other professionals as needed
• Maintain clinical files and records for each client
• Determine the nature and extent of mental disorder and formulate a treatment program
• Treat and direct treatment of patients utilizing psychotherapeutic methods and medications
• Provide medication management for patients of the clinic
