• Location: Needham, MA 02492 (Greater Boston area)
• Healthcare Setting: Medical-Surgical Telemetry (Inpatient)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 1/5/2026 – End: 4/4/2026)
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night: 7a-7:30p & 7p-7:30a), every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment

• Active Massachusetts RN license (temporary or permanent accepted at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility (no local travelers)
• All requested time off must be presented at submission
• Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as perm or per diem within the last six months are not eligible

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Accurately document patient information in the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday shifts as required
