SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Babson Trim Dining, 231 Forest Street, Babson Park, MA 02457

Schedule:

Full-time morning shift. Days and hours may vary.

Pay: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Requirement:
Must have food service experience.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Act as mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
