As a Market Team Member, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest while ensuring our market is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
What You'll Do
* Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
* Answer questions about our bakery items, beverages, and market offerings.
* Package baked goods and prepare products for display and sale.
* Restock merchandise, bakery cases, and grab-and-go items.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting market throughout your shift.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.
* Help with light food preparation and other tasks as needed.
* Work closely with the bakery and café teams to keep operations running smoothly.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
* Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with guests.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Organized with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
* Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Experience Customer service, retail, café, bakery, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and a strong work ethic.

Position Details
* Part-time
* Flexible scheduling (Wednesday through Saturday availability with flexibility around the holidays)
* Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
** Market Team Member - $19-$21
** per hour.
** Jr Market Team Member $15-$16
** per hour.
