Healthcare Community Relations Account Manager

TITLE:

HEALTHCARE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. ROLE: COMMUNITY LIASON - REFERRAL DEVELOPMENT. TERRITORY: EASTERN/CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Healthcare Business Development Manager to join our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within the healthcare sector, cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving the expansion of services. They are the driving force behind promoting our treatment services, forging connections with doctors, facilities, diagnostic centers and healthcare organizations to ensure every child with autism has access to services.

Profitably market ABA Therapy Services for children with autism to potential referral sources.

These contacts include, but are not limited to Third Party Payers and Managed Care Companies, Physicians, Psychologists, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, and Medical Institutions:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans tailored to the ABA Therapy Industry to achieve organizational growth objectives.
• Identify new prospective clients and partners through prospecting activities, market research, and networking.
• Set phone and in-person appointments to present Kaleidoscope ABA services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospital systems, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize client acquisition.
• Conduct regular client communication to understand needs, address concerns, and promote ongoing business.

• Requires a minimum of (3) years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare, mental health, education or related therapies field.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing in the service industry.
• Requires the ability to travel.
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
