Allied Universal is currently hiring a part-time Security Officer for a TV Station in Needham, MA. The position starts on Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM with a starting pay of $20.69 per hour. As a front desk security officer, you will greet guests, manage access, provide exceptional customer service, and deter security-related incidents.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management processes.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Communicate professionally with building personnel, clients, and emergency responders as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming and orderly environment at the front desk while helping to deter security-related incidents.
• Document and report security-related activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
