We’re looking for a Fire Suppression Technician to join our team in Needham, MA, helping us protect lives and property as we continue expanding across the Northeast. Whether you’ve been in the trade for a while or are just starting out, if you take pride in your work and want real opportunities to move up, this could be the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform inspections, testing, and recharging of kitchen and industrial fire suppression systems, as well as fire extinguishers
• Assemble, install, maintain, and service fire suppression systems in commercial buildings throughout Massachusetts
• Represent Encore in a positive and professional manner while working with customers
• Work independently and as part of a team, depending on the job

What You’ll Need to Do It:

Whether you’ve been in the trade for years or are just getting started, we want to hear from you if you have a strong work ethic and take pride in getting the job done right. While experience is always a plus, what really matters is the right mindset and willingness to learn.

• Must be comfortable working at heights and able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts
• MA CC‑48 Pre‑Engineered Fixed Systems certification preferred
• MA CC‑46 Portable Fire Extinguishers certification preferred
• MA CC‑41 Self‑Serve Facilities certification preferred
• MA CC‑47 Engineer Systems certification preferred

Salary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results‑driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role. Expected hourly range between $30 - $60 per hour.
