Commercial Kitchen Service Technician, HVAC/R and Hot Side

Join Ace Service Co as a seasoned refrigeration and commercial cooking equipment technician. You will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of systems including ice machines, walk‑in coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, griddles and HVAC units.

• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges and other related units.
• Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers and sales staff.
• Rotate through after‑hours and weekend on‑call shifts.
• Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts.
• Maintain the service vehicle and manage parts orders.
• Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Experience servicing commercial cooking equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized work ethic.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years or older.
