• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines.
• Respond to emergency service calls and conduct routine preventative maintenance.
• Deliver outstanding service with courtesy and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales staff.
• Rotate through after‑hours and weekend on‑call shifts.
• Spot new business opportunities while servicing existing accounts.
• Maintain your service vehicle and manage parts orders.
• Complete all required paperwork and attend ongoing training.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized work ethic.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a successful background check and drug screen.
• Driving record must align with our safety standards.
