J. J. Keller is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Planner to join our Global Sourcing team. In this role, you will be responsible for determining product reorder levels to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory costs. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to support supply chain efficiency.

This position is required to work on-site at our corporate office in Neenah, WI.

• Establish reorder points by SKU for stock products by evaluating production speed and product demand.
• Process product orders through internal manufacturing or vendors to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to establish forecasts for select products and maintain product acquisition planning schedules; work with suppliers to improve product lead time.
• Manage inventory levels for e‑comm warehouses.
• Work with business analysts to expand and improve the MRP process; establish and monitor metrics for suppliers such as on‑time deliveries and costs.

• Related bachelor's degree and internship experience required
• In lieu of a degree, consideration will be given to equivalent combination of education and experience

• Proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Quality minded and detail oriented.
• Ability to independently prioritize daily workload.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong number acuity and math skills.
• Knowledge of MRP.

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
