The Sourcing Analyst position supports the management of strategic vendor relationships within Jewelers Mutual. The role is responsible for managing relationships with third‑party vendors and may serve as the point of contact within the organization for associated processes, direction, guidance, and support. The responsibilities encompass all aspects of sourcing and procurement, including contract management, vendor management, and formalized processes for selecting, monitoring, and auditing third‑party vendors.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure contracts are actively managed through completion, including collaboration with leaders and vendor managers on vendor performance.
- Monitor and manage contract life cycles, proactively engaging leaders to review contracts approaching term for renewal and extension negotiations.
- Provide improved information about contracts and vendors to reveal visibility gaps and risks that need addressing.
- Assist in training vendor‑management methods, governance standards, processes, and metrics for monitoring performance against defined SLAs and overall vendor risk management.
- Assist in creating and standardizing the organization’s materials used with vendors, including contract terms specific to SLAs and RFP/RFI materials for vendor identification and selection.
- Support Request for Information (RFI), Proposal (RFP) processes, or contract negotiations.
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with Jewelers Mutual’s best interests.
- Ensure all contracts receive proper approvals and signatures.
- Continuously improve and support sourcing and procurement processes.
- Conduct vendor business/risk reviews, supporting compliance personnel in evaluating and managing risk related to third‑party entities and ensuring continued compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Proactively identify issues and emerging risks and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate information in the contract‑management system and data for all vendor relationships.
- Assist the team in collecting and analyzing vendor information.

- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university with 2–5 years of experience in a business function.
