• Manage the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments for goods and services.
• Generate invoices in accordance with contractual requirements, prepare lien waivers and supporting documentation.
• Verify that customers pay invoices in full and maintain detailed records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Utilize third-party invoicing platforms and participate in meetings with project management teams to resolve billing issues.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Prior experience in the construction industry.
