Alta Resources is Hiring!

Alta Resources is hiring French Bilingual Customer Service Representatives, located at our downtown Neenah call center, to support our client’s products. You bring the desire to succeed as a customer service professional and we’ll provide the necessary training and ongoing education. Previous work experience in healthcare, administrative, retail, food service, or call center industries is helpful but not required.

Duties & Qualities

• Must be fluent in French and English
• Use phone (voice), email, and other forms of communication to address the needs of our client’s customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
