Alta Resources is hiring Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives, located at our downtown Neenah call center, to support our client’s products. You bring the desire to succeed as a customer service professional and we’ll provide the necessary training and ongoing education. Previous work experience in healthcare, administrative, retail, food service, or call center industries is helpful but not required.

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Use phone (voice), email, and other forms of communication to address the needs of our client’s customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
