Sales/Customer Service Representative
Location:
Neenah, WI
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Answer customer calls and process orders.
- Prepare quotes and provide product, shipping, and delivery information.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Enter orders and customer information accurately.
- Meet daily sales and activity goals.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
- Quick Books experience is a plus.
- Basic math and calculator skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
