* Full-time or part-time opportunities
* Hospital-based clinic is located at Theda Care Regional Medical Center-Neenah, allowing for collaboration with providers of various specialties.
* The team consists of: 3 physicians, 2 APC’s, RN's, MA's and administrative support.
* No Call
* 100% outpatient clinic model with a high volume of patients that grew 12% last year
* Patient population: 60% diabetes management and 40% thyroid/endocrine
* Ultrasound-guided fine needle biopsies preferred but not required
* Large primary care referral base (225+ providers)
* Internal Medicine Residency program starting July 2026
