Neenah anchors the Fox Cities region - Wisconsin's fastest-growing metro area. The practice sits on Wisconsin's largest inland lake (137 square miles), and the compensation reflects Wisconsin's exceptional commercial payer rates: $240-250 per patient, 40% higher than coastal markets.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $750K Year 1 guaranteed (base + sign-on)
• 45% of collections, uncapped - $950K realistic

THE ROLE
• Full-scope general dermatology

REQUIREMENTS
• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible
• ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
• Wisconsin license or ability to obtain
THE LOCATION
Lake Winnebago stretches 137 square miles - sailing in summer, ice fishing in winter. Neenah's historic downtown features the Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass, boutique shopping, and genuine small-town charm. Fox Cities Performing Arts Center hosts Broadway shows 15 minutes away.
