As a Proposal Coordinator, you will effectively communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to stay informed of project needs while helping satisfy the terms and conditions of bids and contracts with the customer. Maintain detailed and organized bids and job files. Assist with the preparation, review, and submittal of bids, contracts, RFIs, and reports in accordance with division and company policies and procedures.
The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail within a fast-paced environment is a necessity. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction and knowledge of contract language is ideal.

- Previous contracts role experience, as well as exposure to the construction industry.
- Applicants must have demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and previous experience with online billing systems is ideal.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask as well as handle tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
