Proposal Coordinator – Miche Power, Inc. at Michels Corporation
Location:
Neenah, WI | Full‑time
- Communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to stay informed of project needs while helping satisfy the terms and conditions of bids and contracts with the customer.
- Maintain detailed and organized bids and job files.
- Assist with the preparation, review and submittal of bids, contracts, RFIs and reports in accordance with division and company policies and procedures.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years experience in related field
- Experience or familiarity with proposal processes and exposure to the construction industry
- Analyzing RFP requirements to ensure compliance with submission guidelines and deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively in a team‑oriented manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
