Proposal CoordinatorAs a Proposal Coordinator
, you will effectively communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to stay informed of project needs while helping satisfy the terms and conditions of bids and contracts with the customer. Maintain detailed and organized bids and job files. Assist with the preparation, review and submittal of bids, contracts, RFIs and reports in accordance with division and company policies and procedures.

- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years experience in related field
- Experience or familiarity with proposal processes, and exposure to the construction industry
- Analyzing RFP requirements to ensure compliance with submission guidelines and deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively in a teamwork manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
