** About You
** In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the  this role, you will:
* Lead product systems development efforts for multiple projects and initiatives across the range of FDA Class II regulated product development cycle.  This spans from early front-end innovation, development and commercialization, through post market surveillance.
* Learn and execute the Product Development processes: design controls, risk management, specification management and process validation.
* Guide cross-functional quality, engineering, research and manufacturing team members through the design control processes
* Lead development of product key milestones, budget, timeline, and resource forecast for assigned project(s).
* Ensure development and execution of product specification and quality plans appropriate for phase of project.
* Facilitate discussions with marketing and the design team regarding claims and aesthetics.
* Provides mentorship to junior members of the product development team.
* Plan and carry out project responsibility with limited assistance and direction.
* Seek, recognize, define, and solve problems to achieve unit objectives. Identify complex technical issues to determine root cause, develop and recommend solutions.
* Build mastery of medical device product development principles and test methods and apply them successfully on development projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline
* 3+ years of experience in research or engineering, product and material development, overall 5+ years industry experience in consumer products and/or related fields.
* Proven track record of ability to resolve complex problems for development initiatives.
* The ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative cross functional structure.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to travel up to 15% domestic and international.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** 2+ years of experience in class I and II medical device development.
* Strong knowledge in the consumer goods product and/or material development cycles.
* Product and material Knowledge of Tampons, Pessaries, Pads and Liners.
* Experience with ETQ or related systems.
* Experience and thought leadership in Quality Management Systems, Design Control, Design Verification/Validation and Risk Management.
* A demonstrated ability to work with global stakeholders.
