Throughout the mortgage process, you’ll champion WOW service as the liaison between our members and the loan originator. Your daily, hands‑on coordination and processing of submitted mortgage loan files directly support the delivery of high‑quality mortgage experiences.

- Deliver exceptional service to members, lenders, title companies, and other partners, offering guidance and expertise throughout the loan process.
- Work with borrowers, team members, and third parties to ensure all loan conditions have been met prior to closing.
- Review and process mortgage files, including ordering the appraisal, flood and title work, checking for accuracy, and preparing the loan for underwriting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of mortgage processing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web‑based software
- Knowledge of lending practices and regulations
- The ability to adjust priorities, stay organized and provide process‑wide attention to detail
