Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm

• Site requires providers available to work a full schedule

• Providers Requested: 2

• No call responsibilities

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting

• Facility Size: 1-bed facility

• Average Volume: 6-8 patients per shift

• Local or drive-in providers preferred

Clinical

Skills Required:

• General adult anesthesia

• Ventilation management

• Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA - Required

• Active Wisconsin license - Required

• ACLS and BLS - Required

• EMR:
