- Pharmacists will monitor, manage, and adjust drug therapy in Hospital setting
- Check products and verify orders from providers
- Clinical responsibilities include Pharmacokinetics, and code response
- Pharmacists will utilize Epic EMR documentation
Requirements
- 4+ years pharmacist experience
- 2 professional references
Monday-Friday 1pm
-9:30pm
