Theda Care is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician for the Neenah Hospital unit. You will support RN staff, supervise patients, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals with behavioral health needs.
Responsibilities include observing patients, documenting progress, guiding activities of daily living, and assisting in crisis intervention under RN supervision. 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, with holiday rotation as needed.
