- Shift: Variable 12-Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Active Wisconsin RN License or Compact RN License
- AHA or ARC BLS
- NRP Certification
- ASN required
- Minimum 3 years of Level III or Level IV NICU experience
- Pediatric hospital experience preferred
- EPIC experience preferred
Unit Information
- Level III NICU
- 22-bed unit
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2 to 1:3 based on acuity
- Floating to Pediatrics unit required as census dictates
Scheduling Expectations
- Rotating every 3rd weekend (based on approved time off)
- No regular call requirement
- Additional shifts may be subject to call or cancellation based on unit needs
