Located near the Neenah Riverwalk, the Neenah Doubletree by Hilton offers a contemporary stay, always complete with a warm Doubletree chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. We are located downtown close to various restaurants, shops, entertainment, and outdoor activities. Stay in by visiting our Level One Restaurant and Lounge, with American fare as our main menu choices.

Responsibilities
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
  • Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.
  • Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
  • Return and restock cart at end of shift.
  • Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
