Location:

Pune Transactional/Operational Responsibilities
• Ensure processing of vendor invoices in Oracle AP module.

• Interact with internal business stakeholders / external vendors for various business requirements.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and resolve disputes.
• Provide support on various activities to AP Team lead / Manager.
• To assist with housekeeping duties such as scanning, archiving and preparation of documents to ensure Tax and/or Statutory compliance.
• Participate in close activities and perform assigned jobs.
• Participate in various automation, system implementation and change management transaction testing activities.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience   
• Batchelor’s degree with one to two years of experience.  
• Have good working experience of MS word/excel/ power point.

• Knowledge of ERP (Oracle) AP modules will be added advantage.

• Be an effective communicator and build relationships with stakeholders that provide opportunity for constructive feedback.  
• Having experience working on various automation tools will be an added advantage.
