We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Data Architect to design, build, and optimize scalable cloud-based data platforms that support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This is a 100% onsite role in Neenah, Wisconsin , and the selected candidate must be willing to relocate and work onsite from Day 1 . This is not a travel-based role
.

• Design and implement end-to-end data architectures on AWS, including:

• Data Lakes

• Data Warehouses

• Streaming and real-time data solutions

• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines.

• Lead data modeling efforts for structured and unstructured data.

• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS-native and third-party tools.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and engineering teams.

• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance best practices.

• Optimize performance, cost, and scalability of AWS data solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams.

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and data architecture.

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services
  , including but not limited to:

• S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena

• EMR, Lambda, Step Functions

• Kinesis, MSK (Kafka)

• Strong experience with data modeling (dimensional, star/snowflake schemas).

• Experience building large-scale data lakes and data warehouses.

• Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).

• Experience with ETL tools and big data ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of data security, IAM, and compliance in AWS.

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / Data Specialty).

• Experience with real-time/streaming data architectures.

• Experience working in onsite, enterprise environments.

• Must be willing to relocate to Neenah, WI
