J. J. Keller is looking for an Implementation Project Analyst to lead the way in onboarding and implementing two of our flagship technology solutions for our customers. You'll be the go-to expert for implementation—owning the projects from start to finish. With new features rolling out regularly, you'll collaborate with product teams, understand enhancements, and translate them into meaningful benefits for customers.

• Manages multiple large‑scale/complex implementations including:
  System Configuration & Setup, Data Migration Services, Administrator & User Training, Driver Training, Scanning/Review Services and FTP process.
• Completes necessary contracts that align with customer requirements.
• Works with all levels of our customer/user base, including, but not limited to system users, system administrators, managers/supervisors and executives to ensure project buy‑in and deliverables are met.
• Provides sales support and implementation engineering to sales teams as part of the sales process.
• Works with Sales and client level users (including management) to define and document requirements for Implementation Services.
• Provides product support to Customer Care Team.
• Participates in enhancement and functionality review process.
• Maintains ongoing communication and positive working relationships with all associates and customers (internal and external).

• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology or related field.
• In lieu of the bachelor's degree, an associate's degree in a related field combined with two years of additional related experience may be considered.

• 3+ years in a project management, account management or sales related role including experience working with external customers.
• Prior experience working with SaaS offerings, technology implementations and/or in the transportation industry preferred.

• Must be proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technology quickly.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to provide customer service to the executive level as well as to the end user level.

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves the operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events is required. This position also requires climbing inside a commercial motor vehicle and working outside in a vehicle yard, which could involve exposure to weather and/or exhaust fumes. Travel Requirement: 10%
